The integrated 4K SDI infrastructure in the Congress Center auditorium ties into the gallery for redundant multicam — we routinely augment with our own FX9s on jib for KOL panel B-roll.

2. Austria Center Vienna (ACV)

Donaustadt / UN City

ACV is the largest congress centre in Austria and the workhorse for international medical congresses (ESC, ECCMID, EACR). Hall A seats 4,320 with a 9m proscenium ceiling and broadcast-grade rigging on a 4m grid. Acoustic treatment is professional (RT60 ~1.1s). Load-in via the Bruno-Kreisky-Platz dock takes 4 artics; the UN City security perimeter adds 20 minutes to crew badge-in (factor it into call sheets). Power is 3-phase 250A per position. We've delivered multiple ESH (European Society of Hypertension) and ESC HCP-facing deliverables here with redundant Wisycom + Lectrosonics RF chains across a 22-camera multicam.

3. Hofburg Vienna

Innere Stadt

Hofburg Vienna's Festsaal and Zeremoniensaal give imperial Habsburg envelopes that read premium for finance and pharma KOL gala-format content. Festsaal has a 13m ceiling under chandeliers we frame as bokeh rather than fighting in frame.
